How much does it cost?

$399 per month includes a ton of features like a furniture product gallery, online video, placement of your current ad and links to your financing company. You can add a Blog, Email Marketing or Room Planner for $100 each per month. The setup up cost is equal to one month's cost. Check the Pricing page for simple, straightforward pricing.

Can I feature my current advertising?

Of course! That's kind of the whole point: make the most of your current advertising by creating corresponding online campaigns. Your customer sees one consistent message across all media. Your print drives your online drives your insert... and they all work together to drive sales and profitability.

How do I know if it's working?

One of the most frustrating things about traditional media is you often don't know if it's working. Was it your postcard that brought in business, or the sale at the car lot next door? Did customers respond to your price, or your it that pretty picture? The web is different. Every visitor is tracked. You'll have instant access to a dashboard of real-time reports (plus emailed summaries) that tell you how many people came to your site, how they found you, where they went, how long they stayed and even where they live. These analytics are tools to help you make smart decisions about your marketing and merchandising.

Is there a legal contract?

No. We do ask you to sign a 12-month commitment, which we also sign. It simply states our responsibilities and restates the pricing and payment terms (you can read it here). Either party can end the agreement with 90-days written notice. We're not jerks, we won’t hold you hostage if you're not happy with us or need to change your mind.

Can I make changes to my website?

Absolutely. You can submit four change orders per month at no additional cost. Change your staff, change your hours, change your ads, change your products, change your colors - you're in complete control if you change your mind.

How do I make changes?

We've developed a back end control panel where you submit your changes to us, and we do the rest. You can even upload files, like pictures of a new staff person, and tell us where they need to go. It's all plain language and really easy to use, you don't ever have to make changes to the website yourself (which sometimes isn't as easy as it seems).

How quickly can you make changes?

Pretty darn quick. We understand the impact of having outdated information on your website, and we'll make sure your changes are timely and accurate.

What about email addresses?

You can have as many email addresses as you need, and we'll take care of creating the accounts and help you set them up on your computers or access webmail online. Six accounts are included in the standard package, additional email addresses are only $1 each set up and per month.

Do I have to do everything online?

No. You can always call us, send and email or fax or come see us if you'd prefer. We'll work with your preferred method of communication, although we're a little rough on our Morse code.
